The Space Tourism Society is doing research and future forecasting for the Mars World™ $1.6 billion venture for Las Vegas for its back story and future history as well as for shows and attractions.

Imagine walking into a theme hotel where customers experience a fully recreated Martian environment.  Hotel guests are guests of a hotel on Mars, with giant central area that actually looks like a crater on the Red Planet.
